I lost 50 pounds since August, not that much, but what I did was walk 20,000 steps a day plus work out fast for 3-5 days a week. I use laxatives daily. In the morning, drink coffee and drink a lot of water in the day count calories I usually have 120-230 calories when I eat daily

I know ppl are saying to miss breakfast but I stg it’s the best meal to have if you do omad or whatever, it keeps your metabolism going and prevents chances of overeating and hunger later in the day!

i agree but i def think eating in the morning is important coz for me at least it keeps me hungry for a really long time like idk i always thought omading breakfast was impossible but if you eat a like actual meal at breakfast/lunch time u will stay full the whole day (i did)

getting out of your comfort zone. Whether that is trying a new diet, workout out more, ect ect. Don't be afraid to try new things. The body typically get's use to a weight loss routine after 2 weeks so change things up.
