Screw'em. I wrote a long nasty yelp review about a local pizza place once. The order was wrong then they redelivered it wrong. Within a week I found my mailbox knocked over but fuck'em don't send SUBPAR FLAT SICILIAN PIZZA and don't hire snotty bitches to answer the phones.

I do that very rarely. A place has to go out of their way to screw me or do it multiple times!
That said, when people get all belligerent like that, it means they KNOW they were wrong and probably do it all the time.
