I use tradingview charts. But most brokers offer free charts. I prefer tradingview and pay for it.
Interactive brokers has charts (beta version has trading view charts)... And I think it's only a couple dollars per month to pay for live US charts and quotes.
That's it.

Strategies are just a part of it. There is lots of other valuable information even if you don't end up using the exact strategies. Lots of info you can apply to whatever method you opt to use.
