The main problem is that TradingView saves your chart work with your login. Where as the Pak brokers do not save your work and you have to start from scratch. I have seen some one's hack to use data from "other source" on trading-view but cannot successfully implement it.

There is no data of Pak stocks on tradeview. Individual brokers use their plugin to provide charts to their clients.

You can write that plugin, it's a pretty small API, you gotta implement 4-5 functions acc. to your needs, that's it.
Issue is where will you get that data to provide to TradingView's charting API.

I don't face this problem when using charts provided by my broker. Saving a layout option is working fine.

Which broker do you have and further the problem is that broker saves the work but not in your own account but at a common depository where every one can save and see your work too.
