By using the developer options, I set all the animations to 1.5, and it's still this bad. You see how the app is closed? The animation lags so bad. It really does not feel like an S series. Has anyone ever faced this problem?

I, too, have an s21 fe (exynos variant) but I feel like the animations are as bad as the Samsung"A" series. It is definitely not as smooth as the videos you post.

Call me crazy but it might be that ure on exynos ,I have the 21fe as well but snapdragon and I have no problems with animations
