The size of Nvidia’s opportunity is absolutely enormous. As CEO Jensen Huang said, the $1 trillion of hardware that sits in global data centers is "100% CPU." Now, much of that will become Nvidia GPUs.

The demand to move those data center chips can be traced specifically to the rise of generative AI. As Jensen said, it has turned out to be the "killer app" for the GPU computing platform. All those ChatGPT and Midjourney prompts run on Nvidia GPUs. A lot of them.

The crazy thing is Nvidia stock had already gone parabolic before tonight. You could've earned a top-to-bottom return from the low tick on December 27 to today of 169%.

If we continue down this path, we'll enter an AI bubble. But we haven't yet. Compared to the asset inflation we saw of ARK, Bitcoin, or FAANG (>250%) in the past few years, we have quite a ways to go.
